It all began with the manufacture of fabric headwear using traditional sewing methods.
With the move to disposable short life headwear by the Food & Pharmaceutical industry, Hyprotect invested in state of the art machinery to continue manufacturing here in the UK.
Our priority is to manufacture genuine ‘fit for purpose’ products to successfully compete with other manufacturers and the flood of sub standard imports.
Why Ultra-Cap?
The ULTRA-CAP has been designed as a “Fit For Purpose” headwear for use in critical manufacturing environments where the control over HAIR & SCALP CONTAMINATION is a top priority.
Medical Grade Materials are used together with a Spandex Comfy Banding (eliminates the use of RUBBER) providing all day comfort for Employees.

Our Facilities
Hyprotect Ltd manufacture the ULTRA-CAP in Lincolnshire, UK using specially developed machinery within an environment with sealed flooring to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.
In addition, there is a Cleanroom operating to a Class 7 specification for controlled packaging.
Additional facilities are also in situ where specialised manufacture of PPE is undertaken, for example a range of OVERSHOES with Anti-Slip soles are produced.
